Community Art Group
4:30pm Monday, January 6th

Make art with friends! We offer a space to explore creativity together—painting, drawing, sculpture, writing, and different process arts. The goal of art group is that we help each other connect together and exercise experiences of creativity, play, connection, and benefit. We create community murals, too! Sessions are relaxed––we are just friends coming together to create, share ideas, snacks, music, and kindness.

Complex Trauma
4:30pm Tuesday, January 7th

We offer a group for ourselves and others in recovery from complex trauma. Complex trauma is when traumatic experience has been normal rather than abnormal throughout people’s lives, and is most common for people who were abused, neglected, or had extreme experiences throughout childhood. This group offers space for people to share our experiences together alongside kind others who have similar experiences.

Relational Meditation
7:30pm Wednesday, January 1st

We connect together in a relational practice of meditation that is particularly suited for people recovering from complex trauma and extreme experiences. By cultivating clarity of conditions, agency of mind, and kindness of intentions we help each other transform adverse conditions into clarity, agency, connection, friendship, and peace. Everyone is welcome!

Extreme Experiences
4:30pm Thursday, January 2nd

It is useful to note that the following paragraph contains explicit descriptions of abuse.

People joining here together have survived experiences that might include incest; commercial trafficking; child rape and torture pornography; ritual abuse; human experimentation; mind control programming; surviving murder; slavery; technological abuse; organized crime; corporate-government-military abuse; forced perpetration, torture, and murder of others; and other horrific and extreme experiences.

Dinner with Community
6:30pm Friday, January 3rd

Join us for dinner! We prepare dinner at the house. People joining are of course welcome to bring dishes as well. We can host up to 25 people!
